BET+ Drama Series ‘Perimeter’ Exclusive Screening

Overview
On Tuesday, February 20th, there will be an exclusive screening of the new BET+ drama series "Perimeter" at Clark Atlanta University in the Henderson Student Center, Multipurpose Room. The series, produced by Tyler Perry Studios, stars newcomers Ava Monet, Donovan Christie Jr., and Tatyana Ali.
"Perimeter" is an upcoming series from Armani Ortiz, the co-director of Tyler Perry's documentary "Maxine's Baby: The Tyler Perry Story." The show is set in Atlanta in 1992. It follows a college student who falls in love with the wrong guy while preparing for FreakNik, an infamous annual spring break festival in Atlanta, Georgia, and the 1996 Olympics. Armani Ortiz is this series's creator, director, writer, executive producer, and actor, which will be available on BET+ on February 29th.
Goals & Objectives
Clark Atlanta University's Public Relations Student Society of America were delegated specific responsibilities to to ensure the success of the Exclusive Screening of the all-new BET Plus series, Perimeter.

These tasks included escorting the talent to their designated locations, setting up the venue, preparing a list of engaging questions for the cast members, and organizing a press junket with various student media outlets immediately following the screening event.
Marketing/Promotional Material
We formally emailed the members of Clark Atlanta University's Public Relations Student Society of America and student media outlets, inviting them to cover the exclusive screening and conduct interviews.
Additionally, we posted the flyer on Instagram, which received 31 likes, 300 impressions, and 11 shares.
Results
There was a large turnout; numerous students had the opportunity to attend an exclusive screening of the new series "Perimeter" on BET+. The event featured an informative Q&A session with the cast members, allowing the students to gain valuable insights into the show and the entertainment industry.
Following the screening, a press junket was held, allowing student media outlets to interact with the cast and gather additional information for their coverage.
